We want you to feel confident in your Budgy Smugglers, so if the fit isn't right, we offer a 90-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all items in original condition. Please ensure all hygiene liners are intact and the garments are unworn and unwashed to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct size exchange, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items with all original tags attached and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new pair within 3-5 business days.
